Raritan’s AMS2 Asset Management Sensor strips, combined with DCIM software, provide an accurate, automated, real-time inventory of all IT assets and their locations — tracked down to the 1U level. Each strip installs vertically in the rack and connects to an Asset Management Tag (AMT) attached to each device. The RJ45 connector with RGB LED indicator per U space allows instant visual identification of occupied slots and accurate asset tracking without manual audits.
The AMS2-54 is designed for 54U racks, with 54 RJ45 tag ports — one per U space — each with an RGB LED indicator for at-a-glance asset status.
